Delete your TTBoys account and data
In the app, go to Club → Account (gear icon) → Delete account. If you have deleted the app or can't install it, you can also delete your account on this page.
What is deleted and what remains
- We delete your account's sign-in identifier, profile and email, your club memberships, your personal ball layout photos and layout data, and your AI usage and chip history.
- Match records, player names and scoreboard photos built up together in a club remain as shared club records. If you also want personal information in those records removed, email the address below with the club and the records.
- If an owner deletes their account, a club that still has other members passes ownership on in the order the members joined.
- If processing fails, we do not mark it as complete. Please try again or contact us.
If you use an Apple account or can't sign in
Send an account deletion request to abraxas73@gmail.com
Use the subject “TTBoys account deletion request”, and in the message give your sign-in method (Apple or Kakao), your nickname in the app and the clubs you joined. After we verify who you are, we delete your account and personal photos and reply with the result. Never send a password or verification code. If we need to check anything else, we will write to you at the same email address.
