Privacy policy

Information we collect

• Kakao sign-in: your Kakao member number, nickname, profile photo URL and, if you agree, email address
• Apple sign-in: the user identifier Apple issues and, if you entered it the first time you signed in, your name
• Google sign-in: the user identifier Google issues, your email address, name and profile photo URL
• Email sign-up: your email address, nickname, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and email verification codes (stored hashed, expire after 10 minutes)
• The capture time and GPS location in your photos, if present: we use them to tell match dates and venues apart. We do not continuously collect your device's real-time location.
• Photos you upload: scoreboard photos and ball layout photos, and the scores and ball positions read from them
• AI usage and chip history: when you used AI features, and when, how many and why chips were earned or spent, with the rewarded ad's transaction number
• Ads in the app (iOS and Android apps only): ads are shown by Google AdMob. For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, Google processes device and advertising identifiers, your IP address, and ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks. The website has no ads.

How we use it

We use it for signing in and separating clubs, match records and statistics, saving simulator layouts, and counting AI usage and chips. The app requests only non-personalized ads and does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not use your account information, photos or match records for ads or pass them to ad companies. When you finish a rewarded ad, Google notifies our server that it was watched (verified by a signature); what we receive is your account identifier, a transaction number and the reward amount. In the European Economic Area and the UK, Google's consent form appears before ads.

Who processes it

• Supabase: database and photo storage
• Vercel: the website and API servers
• Resend: sending sign-up and password reset verification emails (the recipient's email address)
• OpenAI: analysis of scoreboard and ball layout photos. Depending on server settings, analysis may go through Anthropic or Vercel AI Gateway. Photos may contain personal information such as names or faces.
• Google AdMob (third party): delivering, measuring and preventing fraud in app ads, and verifying rewarded ads. Information Google processes is governed by Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
• YouTube Data API (Google): the recommended list and YouTube search in the Videos menu. TTBoys uses YouTube API Services; the information Google processes is covered by the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Requests carry only the search terms, never your account or other personal data.

How long we keep it

A scoreboard original sent temporarily for analysis is deleted when the analysis request has been handled; we try to delete it. Photos and results we converted and saved as match records are kept separately. A personal ball layout photo is kept until you delete that photo or your account. AI usage and chip history are kept as account data and deleted with your account (any remaining chips are lost). Unfinished photos left on your device are kept so the same account can retry, and are cleaned up when you delete your account. If you delete the app from your device, its internal files are deleted too.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account right away in the app: Club tab → gear icon at the top right → Delete account. This deletes your account, club memberships, the ball layout photos you uploaded, and your AI usage and chip history. Match records, player names and match photos built up together in a club remain as shared club records. If you also want personal information in those records removed, please contact us.
