TTBoys contact and help
TTBoys is a free service for learning billiards, simulating shots and keeping club records. There are no in-app purchases. The iOS and Android apps show non-personalized ads, and watching a rewarded ad earns chips that let you use AI features more. Chips have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
Contact us
It helps if you tell us your device, the app version, and the screen and steps where the problem happened. Never send your account password or verification codes.
I can't upload a photo
Check your internet connection and your camera and photo permissions. A scoreboard photo that failed to save can be picked up again from the Upload tab when you sign in with the same account. Check and correct the AI result before you save it.
Signing in and clubs
Tips and the basic simulator work without signing in. To see club records, sign in, then create a club or join one with an invite code. If you signed up separately with Apple and Kakao, they may be different accounts.
The simulator doesn't match real balls
The simulator is a model for practice. Real cloth, cushions, balls and strokes make a difference, and it does not guarantee you will score.
